A local ICT Company is looking for qualified and suitable applicants to fill in the position of a Sales Representative in Harare.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary selling of company products and services
Take responsibility for identifying new market opportunities
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication
Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with existing services and rectify any account-based issues or disputes
Preparing monthly/weekly sales reports
Meeting targets
Conducting sales visits
Qualifications & Experience
A degree or diploma in marketing or equivalent
Prior experience working as a sales representative is preferred
Computer confident, proactive and enjoys learning new IT systems, good/ intermediate/ advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
A clean driver's license with at least 3 years
High level communications skills, with evidence of building effective relationships at senior and Board level
Experience in selling into and managing a variety of accounts across small medium and large organizations
